Personal Leadership is something I have been passionate about for 25 years now. While I often get it right, growth and progress to change patterns/behaviors and heal aspects of ourself, takes constant never ending improvement.
It is taking one step at a time, often the size of a baby step.
It takes perseverance, getting up and doing it again when you have fallen.
I am on Day 3/4 for Leadership Academy supporting participants from all around the globe committed to healing themselves first and foremost, so they can teach others to do the same.
Tony Robbins mission is to end suffering. It is a mission that every mentor I have had since 1999 has also had some version of from and more.
From my early years of breaking patterns and learning to speak up, I know it is not always easy. Often painful while you discover new meaning and possibilities. It requires being the hero in your own story and never giving up no matter how difficult, scary, life is, has been or will be.
While I do not always get it right, what I know for certain, is quitting is not an option. Everytime I have volunteered for since 1999 at , and since 2020 Tony Robbins and more, I have had the opportunity to learn and shift patterns within me that ultimately grow my lives and the lives of others.
I am on Day 3/4 for Leadership Academy supporting participants from all around the globe committed to be the leader that their higher self was designed to be. They are here to let go of limiting beliefs that at times they learned from others, or have created within themselves out of fear and self preservation.
Tony Robbins mission is simple, to end suffering for all. It is a mission that every mentor I have had since 1999 has also had some version of from and more.
The world needs more leaders willing to step out of their own way, into the I do not know, and dare to be different. Pain is inevitable, how we choose to respond to Pain and move through it is where growth takes flight.
Come take flight with me and empower yourself to be the leader you were meant to be.
With love and gratitude, Kelly
