Ever feel like you wanted results… instantly?

Lots of conversations start with, “I want results RIGHT NOW, but I know it’s going to take forever.”

Here’s what I tell my clients:

The time is going to pass anyway. So, the question isn’t, “How long will it take?” — it’s, “Am I leading the life I want to live, today?” Not only does that start your results today, but there's a cumulative effect after 30 days.

Most people think results only happen when you "go big or go home-" strict routines, long workouts, cutting out all your favorite foods…

But in reality, it’s the small things that lead to the biggest changes. Over just 30 days:

👉 Switching ONE soda a day with water is drinking nearly 4,500 fewer calories. That's a little more than a pound of bodyweight
👉 Going to bed 15 minutes earlier each night? That’s nearly 7.5 hours of sleep!
👉 Walking for just 20 minutes a day may not seem like much, but that’s nearly 30 miles

Real, sustainable results don’t come from extremes. It comes from your LIFESTYLE.

Hey entrepreneurs who want to get healthy.

It's easy to underestimate how much those little changes actually matter… but they are EVERYTHING.

The secret is that the little habits add up to something huge over time.

Let’s make this practical 👉

It could look like:

🛌 Going to bed 30 minutes earlier. It might not sound like much, but that extra rest can completely change how you feel the next day.
🚶 Taking a quick walk after lunch. It’s an easy way to clear your head, boost energy, and help with digestion.
🍽️ Adding one more serving of veggies to your plate. Doesn’t have to be fancy.

For me, it's writing down three things I'm thankful for when I start my day. This helps me appreciate my progress and all the people, places, and things that make my life easier. Including deodorant!
Like I said, small changes add up to BIG results!

My favorite piece of health advice:

You get better results from how often you get active than how intensely you work out.

A big place people get stuck is thinking that the best way to get in shape is super strenuous workouts.

But per G. Healy's study Breaks in Sedentary Time, you'll actually get better results by moving more often.

So focusing on tough gym sessions isn't even the most effective weight loss strategy. Not to mention you're less likely to keep it up!

That's why I coach my clients to:

👉 Start small. Anything is better than something unrealistic that you quit in a week
👉 Keep Practicing. Understand that there's a process to change. So you have to stay engaged to get results
👉 Walk more. Walking counts as exercise and is a fun, healthy, energizing way to get results.

Progress comes from doing what's right for your schedule and body so your health supports your life.

In a world that makes us feel like we should do everything, everywhere, all at once, it’s easy to forget that every choice has a COST…

When you say “no” to one thing, you’re inevitably saying “yes” to something else. That’s just a part of life. Think about it:

👉 If you say no to substituting your fries for roasted veggies, you're saying yes to eating more oil in that meal (which is fair, but you want to know when you're doing it)
👉 If you say no to meal prepping, you're saying yes to unplanned meals later in the week.

At the end of the day, getting clear on what matters MOST means making intentional trade-offs...

That's how I help my clients, understanding what's most important to them and the healthy, fulfilling life of their dreams.
