Love this one for the core, as it hits all the areas, front, side, and back. Have to make sure your abs are engaged, pushing that belly button towards that spine. This is always great for arms and shoulders!

1st meal - 2 protein cinnamon waffles
Top with strawberry whip cream and fresh strawberries 244cals 15g protein

3rd meal - 2 pepperoni pizza rolls

Snack - 2 Dates filled with pecans

Make sure when performing this exercise that you do not swing your arms, keep your shoulders still, and just bend the elbows, slow and control gets this one done. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Oldie but goodie! Itโ€™s essential to have a daily stretching routine. You will notice a huge difference.

This movement stretch is great way to warm up the hips, lower back, hamstrings, calves, and More. Go nice and slow into each stretch holding it for about 10 to 20 seconds and repeat.
