Day 107 of 365! Day of projects. Including making the section in our backyard into a beach, a lot of shoveling and carrying heavy and big buckets. Power washing, building and redoing our closet, and cut unwanted trees down. I’m beat! How were you you active today?

Air fry Homemade stuffed meatballs
- 1 pound, Ground meat of choice. I used ground turkey & chicken
- 1/4 cup of peppers of choice
- 1/4 cup of onion
- 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of butter garlic seasoning
- Sea Salt and pepper
- 2 string cheese

1. Place uncooked meat into bowl
2. Chop up all peppers, and onion
3. Cut string cheese into to small pieces
4. Add all seasonings, salt and pepper, pepper, onions into bowl with meat
5. Mix together
6. Once mixed take small amount of meat, place a piece of cheese in middle, and roll into ball.
7. Place all balls into air fryer on 370 for about 18 minutes.
8. Turn meatballs over after 12 minutes.
9. And Enjoy!

177 calories, for 15 slices, 13 grams protein. 8 grams of fiber. 

1 yellow zucchini, gluten freebread (less) crumbs, eggs, seasonings butter, garlic, Italian salt, and pepper.
