One of my favorite high protein burrito recipes. Here’s the base recipe, there are so many variations.

- One 0 cal tortilla shell
- 1/3 of creamy cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon of sazon seasoning
- 2oz Shedded chicken 
- lettuce
Roll up, put in air fryer at 325 for 5-8 minutes. And enjoy! 

Here’s what ate, all the above with tomato, and sour cream. delicious!
284 calories - 27g protein - 16g fiber
