Some of the wonderful women I celebrated International Women’s Day with. The runway show at was an opportunity to share and inspire each other and these ladies delivered on all of it. No drama, all friendship. I had so much fun talking and engaging with these brilliant stars, I will be smiling into next week. Thank you NFW for the opportunity amd also for making each of us shine.

If you’ve ever worked with or for me, you likely noticed that I was born with impatience and an overall desire for people to move faster, work more efficiently and talk less. And then I breathe with a room filled with yogis and every cell of my being reorganizes. This was such a fun event. Thank you and for hosting all of these amazing Rethink Yoga yogis.
