Happy International Day of Yoga!
Yoga has been very influential in my life. It started with physical benefits of rehabbing my back and knee injuries when I was in high school.
In college, I found the mental benefits of creating space between my thoughts, changing my view of stress, and improving my focus.
Over the last 5 years, I have gotten to teach vinyasa, hot yoga, hatha, and yin. I have taught at retreats in the US, Costa Rica, and Mexico. I have taught at several public and private events. Every time I get to teach to someone new, it lights up my heart because I know they will experience the incredible power of yoga.
Adding pranayama and meditation to my practice has only deepened my connection with myself and with God.
I will always promote the power and strength of these practices.
