TBT to one of my forever favorites: Double Leg Stretch 💛

Pilates is built around the core ..often called the powerhouse. When you focus on developing deep core strength, everything improves: your spine feels more supported, posture becomes more aligned, and your body moves with greater ease and flexibility. And that’s just the beginning.

Whether you’re on the mat or the reformer, you’ll absolutely feel your core working but Pilates goes far beyond that. It’s a true full-body workout. A common myth is that Pilates is only for abs, when in reality it challenges and strengthens every muscle you have.

Honored to lead a Pilates flow for latest DC event — bringing together a community serious about both self-care and sweat.

After class, we walked over to where I shared all things aesthetics + skin health, and guests experienced complimentary underarm laser treatments.
