At 38 years old, Dan Humberd is diagnosed with IGA Nephropathy (Berger's Disease). With very little warning, his kidneys are failing him. Dan needs a kidney transplant NOW, but the wait list can take years.
Our family is reeling from the news. We didn't know this was even a thing - we can't believe what we are all facing now.
