Something that has been coming up a lot in coaching conversations is meal prepping!

Here are the top tips for an easier, seamless meal prep 🤍

1. Go in with a plan - take some time to review your goals and create a plan for what you will prep, when you will prep, etc!
2. What’s going to be most helpful? Maybe you won’t have time during the week to sit and wait for veggies to roast- prep em! Maybe mornings are wild - set yourself up for success💪🏼
3. Don’t get overwhelmed thinking you need to prep every meal and snack for the entire week. Start small and build up!

Happy Saturday!

Stating the weekend off with some of my favorite (beginner friendly) journal prompts.

I know as a beginner it can feel a bit daunting starting a new journaling practice- but it doesn’t have to be complicated!! Even a few minutes a day can help you get grounded in the present and connect deeper to yourself!

As a beginner, it can sound a bit daunting to think of starting journaling - as if it needs to be a grand journal entry or it doesn't count. But, in fact I think it's the opposite. The times when you take a few deep breathes, and jot down a few thoughts, a list of gratitude, etc. helps you be able to build that habit.
