Something that has been coming up a lot in coaching conversations is meal prepping!
Here are the top tips for an easier, seamless meal prep 🤍
1. Go in with a plan - take some time to review your goals and create a plan for what you will prep, when you will prep, etc!
2. What’s going to be most helpful? Maybe you won’t have time during the week to sit and wait for veggies to roast- prep em! Maybe mornings are wild - set yourself up for success💪🏼
3. Don’t get overwhelmed thinking you need to prep every meal and snack for the entire week. Start small and build up!
