✨The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you✨
Today I’m leaving Thailand with a very full heart and mind. I’ve spent the last month or so here soaking up so much knowledge about Thai Massage. From Chi Nei Tsang, Pa Kra Ma and Lanna 2, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of learning from the best teachers a girl like me could ever dream of. As I travel back to the states, I’ll do my best to make them all proud. One last huge thank you to for creating space for this incredible trip, it truly one I’ll never forget. Cheers to lots and lots and lots of practicing ahead

✨Did you know ‘rest’ is more than just ‘sleeping’?✨
These days burnout is no joke in our fast paced society. If you’ve ever felt like you were sleeping enough but still waking up tired - it maybe time to consider another type of rest. There’s actually 7!
1)Physical Rest: sleep, meditation, breathing techniques, stillness
2)Mental Rest: regular breaks throughout the day, silence, journaling, listening to music
3)Sensory Rest: Turning off lights and/or devices
4)Creative Rest: Nature, play
5)Emotional Rest: saying no to people pleasing, expressing emotions, therapy, journaling
6)Social Rest: nurturing authentic relationships, alone time
7) Spiritual Rest: Gratitude, prayer, meditation, community
Did you know there were 7 types of rest? Which one have you been focusing on lately? Let me know in the comments below.
