The power of positivity. You know that saying, you have everything you need within you? Well, it’s true!

Through shifting your mindset from one of negative thinking, to positive affirming you have the ability to start changing your life RIGHT NOW!

The thoughts in your mind do not pay for the space they occupy, so why would you allow negative thoughts to run the show when they’re not doing anything for you? Your negative thoughts are like squatters taking up space and just ruining your home, when you could have high paying respectful tenants that actually contribute to your increasing success and happiness.

If you want to make the shift to a more positive mindset, you must first begin with being aware of those pesky negative thoughts that run through your mind telling you that you’re not good enough or not deserving enough of the life you truly desire.

Hello Sunday, and hello to all the beautiful souls that come across this. ✨

Today I felt guided to share some Sunday Ritual practices that inspire alignment, rest, and gratitude. These are tools that I use to not only reflect and release the things that came up in the past week, but recognize what changes I want to make in the week to come.

It is through our reflection that we can begin to see the bigger picture. You can’t begin to understand why things are going wrong, if you don’t first stop and address them. Awareness is the key to releasing and moving forward in your journey. It’s not about the destination, but instead about cultivating a journey that brings you peace and helps you feel aligned with your mind, body and soul!

Give yourself the freedom to try some, if not all of these practices and notice how you feel afterwards. Call your energy back to you and prioritize yourself, only then can you be at full capacity to show up in the world with the loving grace that is within you.

You have a whole world of creative ideas and projects within you that people in this world would appreciate. Take time to let your creativity be unleashed. Literally. Take the leash off. Don’t hold back. It doesn’t have to look like anybody else’s forms of creativity. In fact, it’s better if it doesn’t! Be your unique self and find comfort in knowing that your differences could be inspiring and helpful to others.

I am so grateful to be a part of the collective that wishes to break generational curses/traumas and move forward in a space of love. The very core of our being is love, we all have it within us. Hurt people hurt people, but healed people heal people. Thank you for all that you do to create a better you. As you create peace in your inner world, you are making space for there to be peace in your outer world. The more of us that are on this path, the more peace we will begin to see unfold. Believe in yourself. Believe in miracles. You weren’t meant to fit in the mold. Stand out and shine your light!

In following A Course in Miracles, I’ve found so much comfort in Fridays being about Forgiveness.

To forgive does not mean to forget, but instead to accept that you learned the lesson that was presented to you and are now better prepared to set boundaries and move through life in a flow that feels right to you!

This does not mean that you need to go and verbally display your forgiveness to someone who abused or wronged you, but instead forgive yourself and release the pattern from your aura/energetic body.

We carry and store every emotion in our body that we suppress or refuse to release. Over time this can cause illness, “dis-ease” and other subconscious patterns that will hold you down until you muster up the courage to look at them head on and release them.

You truly are a Divine Being, and it does not matter what stories your past holds. What matters is whether or not you’re willing to heal and recover from those things and move forward to the place that you desire to be!

Focus on the good, and the good gets better. Forgive, and you will no longer replay the memories, relive the emotions, or harbor that energy within you.

Couple the mental work with some physical movement like dance, exercise, or tapping and tell yourself that it is safe for you to release those emotions.

You have everything it takes within you. I believe in you. I see you. I recognize the light within you, and I am here if that darkness ever feels consuming.

Let this journey and this life be the one you always dreamed of. No matter your age, you get to decide to start living your life here and now from a frequency of love. Let love guide you back to your higher self. Lean in to this work, and watch the magic begin to unfold.

It’s easy to sit around and moan and groan about all the things that are wrong with your life, but with that you are constantly manifesting poor health and well-being.

It can seem difficult at first to talk about health, especially when you’re feeling uncomfortable in your body. And yet, the more you speak feeling good into the world, the quicker you actually begin to FEEL good too!

The law of attraction says that what you put out, is what you will attract. Rather than fixating on not feeling good, try speaking these affirmations out loud in the morning. Sit in front of a mirror and tell yourself that you are healing and surrounded by unconditional love, and watch as the magic quickly unfolds.

If you need help shifting your mindset surrounding your health/wellbeing, let’s talk and see what ways we can work together to manifest a life of joy, health, and abundance.

Share this post with loved ones who are hyper fixated on their illnesses, so that they might start to manifest true health as well.
