RECIPE BELOW ↓

SAVE THIS for the next time you’re hungry, in a rush, and about to default to a “safe” salad that never hits the spot

& always leaves you craving a sweet treat mid-afternoon.

Instead, here’s a real-life example of a 5min fat-loss meal that actually works:

– Frozen green peas + edamame, defrosted in the microwave
– 2 scrambled eggs w/ a little milk
– 2 wraps or a slice of sourdough
– Drizzle of olive oil + seasoning

This meal literally takes 5 min to make, is balanced (aka. provides all macronutrients), has the right volume to calorie ratio (which helps you trust your fullness), and most importantly* leaves me genuinely satisfied.

But the point of this post isn’t “eat this exact meal and you’ll magically burn fat.”

The reason this works (for me) is:

👏🏼 THE FAT LOSS MEAL FRAMEWORK 👏🏼

If a meal

→ includes a complex carb, veggies, a protein AND a fat

→ takes 10 minutes or less with ingredients you already have

→ is something you actually enjoy and feel satisfied after

…it’s doing WAYYY more for your results than eating “perfectly” for two days and burning out.

This is how fat loss becomes sustainable:

not by eating clean, low-calorie, or “perfectly”…

but by eating balanced, satisfying meals on repeat so you can trust your hunger cues, stop thinking about food all day + get your brainpower (and life) back.

Losing weight or burning fat doesn’t need to be so loaded.

Being lean + toned isn’t the ultimate sign of worth, that you’re “better” or more disciplined. To me, it’s simply one way of taking care of myself.

And wanting to lose fat also doesn’t need to mean you hate your body. It doesn’t mean you’re obsessed, shallow, or doing something wrong. Cause you know life won’t magically be perfect once you’re lean.

It just means you enjoy feeling confident, energized, and comfortable in your skin, the same way makeup can help you feel a little more put together.

You’re allowed to want fat loss AND body respect at the same time. Both can coexist.

I’ve been shaken down to my core many times.
My body has “failed” me countless times over the years,
and I know it hasn’t happened to me but FOR me.

One of my biggest challenges was to learn to trust my body. Going from disordered eating, restriction, overexercise, tens of severe injuries, eczema, etc. And by learning how to understand and surrender to the signs of the body - I have been able to help others do the same.

And now,
I feel like I am being pushed a layer deeper. It’s time to fully trust my intuition, my soul, and my gifts.

What keeps holding me back?

Programming.
Patterns,
Beliefs &
Behaviours that I’ve adopted to stay safe, to shrink the fear of judgment, the fear of failure.

Will they understand?
Will they think I’m crazy? That I’ve lost my s**t?
Is it stupid to let go of strategy, all the hours & money invested into my studies and training, all of the tools and skills I have acquired over years of perfecting my craft?

In Yoga, they say we have 5 sheaths of the body.
I’ve mastered the physical. Truly, I’m bored of the physical.
I’m not letting go. I’m evolving.
It’s time to go deeper.

Diving into fully trusting my intuition, the Universe, my soul

To show you that you can do the same.

And my mission is to give you the tools, and the understanding, and hold space for you while you go from control to surrender.

3 reasons why you aren’t seeing results with your workouts.

I totally get it, I’ve been there. I used to think “the more, the better”, if I only stick to this routine or if I only add one more workout in,

I would finally feel toned, sculpted, firm, fit & strong.

But that didn’t happen just yet. It didn’t for me, and it isn’t for you right now… because

1. You are not training according to YOUR specific body.

You are lacking clarity about your unique body, how it functions, the nuances of cardio & resistance training & what works best for you, your body, your body type, lifestyle & goals.

2. You are relying on someone else to get the results for you.

→ You are following someone else’s blueprint (aka. app/Youtube videos) and hoping you’ll get the same results, even though your body and life are DIFFERENT from hers.
→ You are relying on a trainer or a sculpting machine to get the results for you.

3. You go for intensity > consistency because you aren’t trusting your methodology.

You give it your best, you go all in. You get a new program, and new workout shoes & you’re off. You go way too hard for a while. Until you’re injured or just exhausted, need to take time off & then start all over again.

Personally, I believe the most important investment I’ll ever make is MYSELF & MY HEALTH.

And I want to be in charge of my own results.

Of course, I ask for help, I learn, and I work with my coach, but everything I have ever achieved has been done by ME.

Anouck had tried every diet out there.

Craving pasta all the time, she believed to lose weight she needed to get back into the “clean” mindset & ONLY eat clean!

It was all or nothing, always.

She wanted to lose weight & also eat normally (enjoying crêpes & glass of champagne here and there with her family and friends!).

She wanted to look good & feel good in her body - just like other girls that seem to do it so easily.

Internal / external struggle - what happened to get there!
She had gotten help a few times. She’d done some “healthy” meal plans & always lost a little bit of weight while being ON the plan.

But she always gained it back when OFF the plan. She felt like a failure…

“I’m either on or off, there’s no in between.”

- Problem you hit *hint: most likely similar to theirs
Until she couldn’t do it anymore.
She could not get on one more diet/plan.
She would never restrict again…
Fearing that that would be mean she would never lose the weight…

She decided to take another route.
To invest in her true health - mental & physical. She joined E>CE.

She understood emotional eating took a toll on her & decided she had to work on her mindset.

We dug deep, she uncovered & challenged lots of limiting beliefs.

She unlayered her emotions; understanding & processing them - w/o food.

Why your emotions drive your food choices & HOW to change that!

FACT: Emotional eating is one of the biggest drivers of overeating & the main reason why you're not losing weight.

Other trainers will tell you "just do it", stay disciplined and push through. Mind over mood!
Sure, you can push through a few days in a row, until you just can't do it anymore,
You crack and give in leading you to feel weak & defeated when you just can't do it!

Other nutritionists will tell you to make yourself feel good with a bath or to distract yourself.
Sure, you can distract yourself a few times, but the craving to eat will come back faster than you know.

The problem is these tactics don't work long-term.

The only way you can gain control over your food habits & emotions is by
➝ Understanding & processing your emotions.

Emotions are messengers.
They tell you that something, internally or externally, is off.

And crazily 🤯 - most of the time, we don't know why we are feeling what we're feeling.

Emotions are influenced by your thoughts (top-down theory); when you believe “life is hard”, you’ll feel low & defeated.

But thoughts are also impacted by our emotions (bottom-up theory); when you experience trauma, your body registers & holds on to fear/sadness/grief and creates thoughts.
If you don’t process deep emotions, you’ll keep having negative thoughts & you'll keep craving and overeating comfort foods.

THIS is why weight loss is fu***ng complex.

It isn’t enough to optimize your nutrition & workout routine.

You need to understand, process & deal with your triggers (aka. cravings), limiting beliefs & emotions so that you STOP numbing emotions.

THIS is why becoming a conscious eater is the golden key to lose weight & keep it off - without restricting, while enjoying food & feeling confident!

It’s almost been 2 years since I moved to the U.S. & it is bringing up a lot.

I moved by following my 🤍 and to be with my love, my best friend, my fiancé and now husband.

I had NO idea what was ahead of me; the challenges, the hardships, the growth, the transformation. And it was probably for the best (cause I don’t know if I had had the courage to go through it knowing what would come)...

All of this meant
〜 quarantining in Canada to cross the border during restrictions
〜 getting married without my family or friends by my side (thank god for Zoom!)
〜 not being able to legally work (my work is my purpose) & that felt HARD
〜 not being independent (no car, not my home) or feeling safe (no SSN, no health insurance)
〜 getting our puppy, who’s dealing with lots of health issues
〜 moving to Miami in a U-haul
〜 going through huge financial & emotional lows
〜 re-connecting to yoga & making a new best friend
〜 lots of therapy.

I hit a breaking point & had to heal, work on my mindset and energy daily ✨

Then,
〜 getting my green card
〜 creating 2 companies
〜 moving back to Nashville
〜 finally celebrating getting married in France!
〜 re-uniting with friends & family
〜 buying my car
〜 moving into our own place!

And things are looking up 👀🙌🏼 Why am I sharing this?

Because the journey was anything but easy.. There were lots of hiccups, moments I wondered if it was worth it, where it seemed impossible, where I wanted to give up - and just go home.

All I knew I wanted to get here: Live in America with my husband & do what I love most (coaching!)! And NOTHING could stop me…
No investment was too big.
No jump too scary.
No failure the last.

When you have a goal & you *really* want it - you’ll find a way! You get resourceful, you ask for help, you do what it takes, you get back up when you fall, because you have it in you!

On some days, you wake up and just feel low…

You’re tired, but it’s more than that. You feel heavy, moody, maybe even a little sad, but you don’t WHY.
So you try and shake it off! Listening to music, treating yourself to a brownie & hope that tomorrow will be better.

Hard truth: It doesn’t get better by ignoring the root of the emotion.

It’s not your FAULT: no one has taught you to deal with your emotions & constantly hustling makes it almost impossible to have time to feel…

The only way to heal your relationship with food & creating lasting weight loss or body goals is by H E A L I N G.

L. had overcome her eating disorder when she was a teen, but she was still strugglingwith disordered eating.

She used to
〜 avoid lots of foods, including cocktails, cakes or anything she didn’t know exactly how it was made.
〜 hide her belly with a towel at the beach, and sometimes even avoid going at all.
〜 stress about the snacks she ate & didn’t eat
〜 internally freak out when a workout was missed (never her own doing!).

Disordered eating isn’t a diagnosed eating disorder, but it sure messes up your whole life…
