✨ Come join us for an evening of sound and rest at Within, inside the 100 Taylor Street building.

I’ll be guiding our session with live vocals, 432 Hz–tuned singing bowls, theta chimes, and more, creating a calm and peaceful musical immersion that invites you to slow down and rest. 🧘🏽‍♀️

A Meinl Sonic Energy catalog will be available after the session for anyone who would like to explore instruments, learn more about sound healing tools, or receive support with an instrument purchase.

I began studying sound work in 2021 as part of my own healing practice, never realizing it would grow into something I’d share so deeply with others. By 2022 I was facilitating, and from that seed grew Roze Sound Alchemy — a space where my lifelong love for singing (B.A. in Music) and Reiki come together to create restoration and connection. It’s been a journey of dedication, growth, and community—work I truly love. 🌹✨
