There is no tomorrow
Not because tomorrow doesn’t matter,
but because tomorrow is built by what we choose today.

Rocky wasn’t tired because he lost strength.
He was tired because he lost belief.

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness.
Sometimes it looks like drifting…
showing up without intention…
training without conviction.

And Apollo’s words weren’t about fear.
They were about focus.

“There is no tomorrow.”

Not as pressure.
As clarity.

This moment is asking something of us.
Our body.
Our discipline.
Our honesty.

Not perfection.
Just presence.

Show up today…
because today is where strength is rebuilt.
And tomorrow only exists
if we honor now.
