The “8 glasses a day” rule is a myth — your water needs depend on YOU.
Here’s how to make hydration more personal and effective:

🚶‍♂️ Activity Level: More movement = more sweat = more hydration needed.
🌡️ Weather: Hotter climates increase your water loss.
🥗 Food Intake: Eating more fruits, soups, or veggies = added hydration.
☕ Caffeine & Alcohol: These increase water loss — so balance with extra water.
