The left photo is of me this past January and the right photo is a year into my gray hair journey 3 years ago. I decided to stop covering my gray hair 4 years ago with the support of my husband. I had been coloring my hair since college, and as I entered my 40’s, I was getting tired of it! It was scary to start and I wanted to give up many times initially, but I’m super thankful that I stuck through it. It has been a transformative journey, literally and figuratively! If you’be been thinking about going gray, go for it! What are some of your fears or doubts that are holding you back? Let’s talk it through and break through!
