Hello Beautiful Beings,
I hope you are well and wonderful in this beautiful fall season. I am good.

I wanted to let you all know that I am getting ready to launch this year's Vedic Somatic Healing on October 14 with 2 different pathways available.

The first pathway is devoted to self healing and transformation.

It will be a 60-75 minute weekly class that opens into the sacred practices- is fully guided and an opportunity to go deep within. In it we follow the same structure of moving through the Chakras Monthly and working with breath, body and intuition. This is an opportunity for receiving the medicine and supporting our system while we transform into higher states of being, and deeper connection with true self and consciousness. There will be recommended practices to work with each week- but there is no need to learn anything- all you need to do is show up and be you. Classes will be recorded so if you can't make the live time it is perfectly fine to do it by recording.

The 2nd pathway includes the first- and continues on into the deeper knowledge- and how to teach and share this with others and your community. The course is always evolving so there is fresh energy and awareness in the teachings- and it is a powerful way to support your clients in deep transformation and healing.
