Every appointment scheduled with care.
Every mammogram performed with excellence.
A breast cancer detected early because of a teammate’s diligence.
These are the moments that remind us: Early Detection Saves Lives.

At Onsite Women’s Health, every teammate and role matters – because early detection begins with scheduling a mammogram. Today, we’re shining a light on Onsite Hero, Tammie Proffitt, who helped fight breast cancer at affiliate Women's Care in Fleming Island, Florida. She was recently honored by Onsite Regional Director Jessica Benton for her proactive approach and diligence in scheduling a mammogram that ultimately saved a patient's life.

“Across our organization, we are fortunate to have outstanding teammates who consistently strive for excellence and deliver high-quality care,” Jessica shared. “Thanks to Tammie’s diligence in reaching out to patients, ensuring no one was missed and giving each individual the opportunity for early detection, she helped schedule a patient who was later diagnosed with a positive biopsy. Her efforts directly contributed to early detection and potentially life-saving care.”

Please join us in congratulating Tammie —and our partners at Women’s Care —for helping us team up against breast cancer!

Teaming up against breast cancer. It’s a fight that impacts millions, as breast cancer remains the second leading cause of cancer death among women in the U.S. and the most common cancer among women worldwide. That’s why we’re proud to share that David (Dave) Freedman, president and chief growth officer of Onsite Women’s Health, is once again stepping up to the cause through the American Cancer Society’s ‘Men Wear Pink’ campaign — marking his second consecutive year of participation.

“I joined the American Cancer Society’s ‘Men Wear Pink’ campaign because I believe there’s real power in teaming up against breast cancer,” shares Dave. “When we work together – combining our passion, resources and determination – we can raise awareness, fund lifesaving research and give more people a fighting chance. Together, we can save more lives.”

“Don’t skip your mammogram.” As the CEO of Onsite Women’s Health, Jillian Wright leads with purpose — and with breast cancer in her family history, that purpose is personal. This month, she took an important step in her own breast health journey — getting her first mammogram.

Her screening confirmed a healthy starting point for ongoing breast health monitoring. With her family history, she’ll continue following a personalized screening plan recommended by her healthcare provider. At Onsite, we follow the American College of Radiology and Society of Breast Imaging guidelines, which recommend that women at average risk begin annual screening at age 40. For women at higher risk – like Jillian – screening may start earlier with additional scheduled tests, such as screening breast MRI.

“If we’re asking women to prioritize their breast health, I have to lead by example – especially knowing I’m at higher risk,” Jillian shared. “The reality of how close breast cancer can hit home stays with me every day. It drives me to think about the thousands of women we screen each year and the lives we save through early detection.”

Her story is a powerful reminder that whether you’re at average risk or high risk, early detection saves lives. Schedule your mammogram today.

🎉 Celebrating our ‘Onsite Heroes’ at affiliate Women's Care in Fleming Island, Florida!

At Onsite Women’s Health, it takes a team to save lives—from the first call to schedule an appointment to the moment a mammogram is performed. Our teammates across the country play a vital role in ensuring women receive the screenings they need—because early detection starts with convenience, compassion and action.

Today, we’re proud to recognize Heather Hanson, a mammography scheduler and ‘Onsite Hero’ who serves our patients at Women’s Care. She was recently recognized by Onsite Regional Director Jessica Benton and Area Manager Lisa Sherman for scheduling a mammogram that led to the early detection of breast cancer in a patient.

Through our ‘Onsite Hero’ program, we recognize and reward the life-saving work performed by our partners' mammography schedulers. When breast cancer is detected, the individual who scheduled the patient’s mammogram is recognized – alongside the technologist – as an ‘Onsite Hero’ and receives a special certificate for his/her first cancer detection in the calendar year.

As part of our commitment to empowering teams and recognizing our ‘Onsite Heroes,’ every Onsite partner practice receives dedicated training on breast cancer prevention and awareness. We also find creative ways to keep it engaging—our most recent session occurred during 🦈, adding some bite-sized excitement to a life-saving mission.

It’s this same passion and commitment we’re proud to recognize today. Please join us in celebrating Heather and the exceptional teammates at Women’s Care who are helping save lives through the power of early detection.

A recent study shows that artificial intelligence (AI) significantly improves detection accuracy when radiologists interpret both mammograms and digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) exams. Not only does it enhance accuracy—it also helps radiologists work more efficiently, allowing them to focus more time where it matters most.

At Onsite Women’s Health, we’ve integrated MammoScreen® – a leading AI-powered tool for breast cancer screening – into our 3D mammography systems. This cutting-edge technology supports earlier, more accurate detection and empowers our affiliated radiologists with AI-driven insights to enhance patient care.

“We’re constantly evaluating opportunities to elevate the standard of care we deliver,” said Jillian Wright, CEO of Onsite Women’s Health. “We’re committed to equipping our radiologists with the best technologies available to ensure the highest quality of care for our partner practices and, most importantly, our patients.”

🎉 At Onsite Women’s Health, our people are our greatest strength. Every step toward early detection and better outcomes begins with a dedicated team — and the tools, training and technology to support them and our partners.

With more than 150 centers across 26 states, we’re on track to perform over 500,000 patient exams this year — helping to detect an estimated 1,500 breast cancers through convenient, in-office breast health and imaging services. This would not be possible without our dedicated teammates.

Behind every new center we partner with is a powerhouse team working together to make it happen. From Enterprise Logistics to Information Technology, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Training and our Regional Directors and Area Managers—each role is essential to our shared success of saving lives.

“I’m proud to recognize our Connecticut install team this week,” shares Amy Moore, regional director at Onsite Women’s Health. “This week marked our sixth install in Connecticut for 2025 and our fourteenth since May 2024. I’m so grateful to every teammate who played a part. This photo doesn’t capture everyone involved — but, it reflects the best of what we do when we work together.”

Leveraging our national resources to deliver local impact is what sets us apart. Thank you to every Onsite teammate who comes together to help fight breast cancer every day.

"Mammography was never a career I set out to pursue, but it found me – and in it, I discovered a deep passion. As mammographers, we hold a powerful role in the brief moments we share with each patient. In that short time, we have the chance to not only show compassion, but to deliver care that could truly change the course of a life." – Sarah Clark, Onsite mammography technologist

We are proud to announce that affiliate Family MedCenters in Derby, Kansas, has been accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) with no missing criteria, showing excellence on submitted clinical images. The ACR gold seal of accreditation represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety, awarded only after a peer-reviewed evaluation by board-certified physicians and medical physicists.

Onsite mammography technologists – like Sarah – have to be diligent in their positioning skills to attain this level of imaging and not every patient breast type is eligible for submission.

Please join us in celebrating Sarah – and the outstanding imaging teams across Onsite – who make it possible to provide patients with the comfort, convenience and continuity of in-office mammography screenings in a compassionate, supportive setting.
