“I’m cheering for a cure, my sister Jane, and all breast cancer survivors!”

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month — a time to unite and make a lasting impact in the fight against breast cancer. This month, Onsite Women’s Health is proud to recognize teammates nationwide — like Kylea Morency — who are teaming up against breast cancer and spreading the lifesaving message that early detection saves lives.

Kylea’s journey with Onsite began three years ago, but her dedication to women’s health spans over a decade. As a Mammography Technologist and Area Manager overseeing six partner practices across Central Florida, she thrives on building trust, empowering her team and strengthening partnerships that drive early detection. “I feel like this career path chose me,” shares Kylea. “I’ve always had a passion for women’s health, but having the opportunity to lead women who share that same passion for patients is truly a blessing.”

Her unwavering commitment continues to inspire others and advance Onsite’s impact nationwide. Please take a few moments to learn more about Kylea:

💕 Favorite part of her role: “Watching Mammography Technologists who have been burned out in this career fall back in love with it again… reconnecting with their WHY.”

💕 Why quality care matters: “Because we truly are saving lives.”

💕 Why she’s proud to work at Onsite: “We have a meaningful mission and a huge impact. Onsite is positively impacting the world, and we are contributing to something bigger than ourselves.”

💕 What Breast Cancer Awareness Month means to her: “It gives the women’s health community a platform to raise awareness. Early detection saves lives!”

As we honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month, join us in celebrating Kylea — and all of our Onsite teammates — who work tirelessly to every day.

💕 Today, we joined hundreds of breast cancer survivors, thrivers and caregivers right here in our hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, for the 2025 Komen Nashville MORE THAN PINK Walk.

By partnering with Susan G. Komen and participating in one of the nation’s largest breast cancer events, we’re teaming up against breast cancer to expand education, resources and awareness — helping improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

This year’s walk, chaired by Onsite Women’s Health CEO Jillian Wright, exceeded its fundraising goal of $253,000—raising over $310,000 to support breast cancer research, patient services and community outreach.

To our incredible teammates across the nation —thank you for showing your support by walking, wearing pink and spreading awareness about the importance of early detection.

Together, we are strong. Together, we are !

Onsite Women’s Health CEO, Jillian Wright — who is proudly serving as this year’s Executive Leadership Chair for the Susan G. Komen Nashville More Than Pink Walk — recently joined WKRN News 2 to highlight tomorrow’s big event in Nashville.

As Breast Cancer Awareness Month kicks off, the walk is a powerful reminder of the importance of early detection. Getting your annual mammogram saves lives — and together, we can honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost and raise critical funds that fuel research, lifesaving care and new treatments.

“At Onsite, early detection is at the heart of what we do,” says Jillian. “As a woman with a personal history of breast cancer, this work is especially meaningful to me. I am personally committed to advancing earlier detection and helping ensure that women everywhere have access to the most effective treatments available.”

Onsite Women’s Health was proud to support Ascension Saint Thomas' 2025 'Rock the Cradle’ event in Nashville, Tennessee, last week. This inspiring event raises critical funds for the hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown. Since its start in 2010, Rock the Cradle has generated more than $1.5 million to advance maternal and neonatal care for families across Middle Tennessee.

🌎 Today is World Dense Breast Day — a day dedicated to raising awareness about breast density and its implications for breast cancer detection. At Onsite, we know that dense breast tissue can make it more challenging to detect breast cancer through mammograms, which is why educating women about their breast density is critical.

Did you know?
✔️ Nearly 1 in 2 women over age 40 have dense breast tissue
✔️ Dense breast tissue can make abnormal findings harder to see on a mammogram
✔️ Having dense breast tissue also increases a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer
✔️ The latest FDA requirements now ensure that every mammogram report includes breast density information — helping women better understand their risk and take informed action

➡️ Learn more and join us in making a difference by sharing the top five facts you need to know about dense breasts from DenseBreast-info, Inc.: https://bit.ly/47TzsaR.
