Cyberbullying isn’t just an unfortunate side effect of social media—it’s a growing crisis. 📱💔

With the rise of digital spaces, middle and high school students are more vulnerable than ever, and the numbers prove it: cyberbullying has more than doubled from 2013 to 2023. The emotional and psychological toll this takes on young people can be devastating, affecting their mental health, self-esteem, and sense of safety online and in real life.

So how can we step up? How can parents, educators, and communities protect and support kids when they encounter this kind of harm online?

We’d love to hear your thoughts—drop your ideas in the comments. ⬇️

If you or someone you love is struggling with the effects of cyberbullying, know that help is available. Click the link in our bio to connect with a therapist who can offer support and guidance.

Your stalker is a part of your story, but they are not the author. ✍️

When someone has taken your sense of safety, it can feel like they’ve taken your joy too. The places you once loved may feel off-limits. The hobbies, dreams, or even relationships you cherished might seem like they belong to a past version of you—one you can never return to.

If that’s how you feel right now, know this: There is no pressure to move forward before you’re ready. Healing is not about forcing yourself to “get over it.” It’s about reclaiming what was taken from you—at your own pace, in your own way.

One day, whether in small steps or big leaps, you will do what you love again. Because your stalker didn’t get to write your story. You do.

If this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to go through this alone. Healing is possible, and support is available. When you’re ready, we’re here to help. Click the link in our bio to connect with a therapist who can support you on your journey.

You are not too sensitive. You deserve friendships built on respect, kindness, and support.

If someone makes you feel small for expressing your feelings, dismisses your boundaries, or constantly leaves you questioning your worth—that’s not a reflection of you. That’s a reflection of them. A true friend values you, listens to you, and encourages you to grow.

And if you’re realizing that you might be the toxic friend? That doesn’t mean you’re doomed to stay that way. Awareness is the first step toward change. You don’t have to be stuck in old patterns—you can own your mistakes, make amends, and choose a new path forward.

If you’re ready to explore support—whether you’re healing from toxic friendships or working to break unhealthy patterns—we’re here to help. Click the link in our bio to fill out our consultation questionnaire and take the next step toward healthier relationships.

Psychological abuse is often the first warning sign of escalating harm—and nearly half of people in the U.S. have experienced it in an intimate relationship. 💔

Manipulation, gaslighting, humiliation, and control are not just toxic behaviors; they are red flags that should never be ignored. If you or someone you love is experiencing this, take it seriously. Abuse thrives in silence, but healing begins with awareness.

You are not alone, and you deserve safe, healthy love.

Stories of self-harm are often told as stories of shame. We hurt ourselves because something is “wrong” with us. We’re anxious or depressed because it’s just who we are.

If you’re suffering following your experience of intimate partner violence, you aren’t the only one. Your suffering is not your fault, and your healing is on the horizon. You don’t have to navigate this alone—support is available. 🧡

Sensational movies and tv shows often create a profile of a stalker that is a dark stranger. It’s clear that these stories don’t represent the majority of cases, and this causes stalking cases to become trivialized or misunderstood when the perpetrator is familiar.

Trust your instincts. When you see the signs of stalking coming from someone you know, don’t let anyone invalidate or excuse what you’re experiencing.

Spring break is supposed to be a time for fun and relaxation, but if you’re feeling overwhelmed instead, you’re not alone. Some parents make it look so easy—effortless vacations, Pinterest-worthy activities, and a perfectly balanced schedule. But if this season stirs up stress, guilt, or even anxiety for you, there’s a reason for that.

Maybe growing up, breaks weren’t a time of connection and joy. Maybe your mom was anxious, checked out, or overwhelmed herself, making transitions feel tense instead of restful. If you notice those patterns showing up in your own parenting, take a deep breath. You are not your mother. You have the power to break generational cycles and create a different experience for yourself and your kids.

Spring break doesn’t have to be perfect—it just needs to be *yours*. Give yourself permission to slow down, release unrealistic expectations, and embrace whatever this season looks like for you. Love and acceptance start with you. 🧡

Poverty does not equal laziness or a lack of accomplishment. Your chances of being in poverty for half of young adulthood go up 3000% if that’s where you started. Those numbers are staggering. Be gracious with yourself when you encounter all the obstacles that make those numbers so much higher.

Radical change starts with acceptance. Don’t look around at your peers and feel shame because you aren’t where they are. Look back with empathy at where you came from, look with pride at how far you’ve come, and look forward with hope at where you want to go.
