Breathwork is a simple yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself and release the tension you carry every day. This one-hour class is designed to help you quiet your mind, regulate your nervous system, and feel more present in your body. You do not need any experience, only a willingness to breathe and notice.
The class begins with 15 minutes of settling in. You’ll be guided to get comfortable in your space, soften your body, and prepare for what’s ahead. I’ll walk you through the technique, explain how breath influences the nervous system, and create a safe environment where you feel fully supported.
From there, we’ll drop into 35 minutes of guided breathwork and meditation. Through specific patterns, you’ll learn to expand your lungs, breathe deeper, and release areas that hold stress like the jaw, hips, or chest. Some people feel tingles, waves of heat, or gentle emotions surfacing. Others drift into a calm state that feels like deep rest while still being fully aware.
No two sessions are the same. Some walk away feeling clear-headed and energized. Others leave lighter, softer, and more at peace. Many find themselves less anxious, less tense, and more confident in their ability to regulate their body through the breath.
We close the final 10 minutes with grounding and integration. This is where you notice the shifts, feel the clarity, and allow the experience to settle into your system. You’ll have the chance to share or reflect, and if you’d like.
Breathwork is for everyone. Whether you’re brand new, an athlete, a professional, or simply someone navigating stress, you will get exactly what you need from the practice. Tears, laughter, silence, or peace, every response is welcome and valid.
This hour is not about performing or fixing yourself. It’s about remembering that your body already knows how to heal and regulate when given the space. With gentle guidance, music to support your journey, and a safe container to explore, you’ll discover what happens when you let the breath do the work.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and proud of yourself for the small but powerful act of simply breathing.
