Yoga with rescue cats is happening this Sunday, Feb 8th at 10am at The Catio and it’s exactly as magical as it sounds. Expect gentle movement, curious kitties, and lots of heart-melting moments.

This is an in-person, 10-weekend training designed for anyone ready to deepen their practice, explore the art of teaching, and learn how to confidently lead vinyasa, power flow, gentle flow, with an introduction to yin + restorative.

Training weekends are long, mentally and physically exhausting, but SOOOO rewarding.

and are so incredibly proud of this weekend’s aerial yoga teacher trainees!!

Like a lot of Nashville, we’re still without full power from the ice storms ❄️⚡️ but we’re hopeful that all classes will be back to normal by Friday. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we navigate Mother Nature doing the absolute most.

✨ Aerial Yoga Teacher Training starts TOMORROW

‼️This is the only aerial yoga teacher training we will be leading in 2026, so this your last chance to sign up if you’ve been on the fence ‼️

If the studio doesn’t have power by tomorrow, we’ve got you covered with an alternate in-person meeting location or the option to join virtually. Details will be sent to sign ups.
