When the pain whispers, it’s inviting us to look closer, release, and grow. Lean into it—there’s a light on the other side of this struggle. This is the work of our inner world, the heavy lifting of facing and releasing our own pain, and it’s worth every bit of effort.

When Relationships Stretch Us

When I say relationship, I don’t just mean romance.
I mean parents. Kids. Friends. Coworkers. Even the one person who gets under your skin.

Relationships create friction — and not all friction is bad. Some of it is sacred. Some of it is love pressing gently (or not so gently) against the edges of who we’re becoming.

Tension doesn’t always mean something is wrong.
Sometimes it means love is real enough to reach the parts we’d rather hide.
