First Harvest of the season from our home garden🥬 mustard and collard greens. This season the garden will be a chaos garden. I planted these greens with no intentions of them doing anything. It’s more so of a get it how you live survival of the fittest experiment. I’m currently managing 3 gardens sooooooooo give me grace. I will be over planting everything this season okra, peppers, tomatoes, watermelon, zucchini, yellow, squash, butternut squash, and cucumbers.

-Dr. Keith Ekhator Attending the 2026 Tennessee Social Work Day on the Hill at the State Capitol was an incredibly impactful experience! 🌟 As a independent clinical practitioner and adjunct professor at I had the opportunity to connect with passionate advocates and leaders in the field of social work. The event brought together professionals dedicated to making a difference in our communities, and it was inspiring to hear about the critical issues we’re facing and the innovative solutions being developed.

Engaging in discussions about policy changes and networking with fellow social workers reminded me of the importance of our collective voice in advocating for those we serve. The energy and commitment in the room were palpable, reinforcing my belief in the power of social work to create real change.

I’m excited to bring this knowledge and enthusiasm back to my students and community! Together, we can continue to push for meaningful progress in social justice and support systems. HappySocialWorkMonth

Our first transformation of the year. This weekend a local nonprofit hosted a vision board party for the parents of the youth they serve. I’m so happy they chose us. If you’re interested in booking this therapeutic space for your small group send me a DM.

🌟✨ Celebrating 6 years of providing mental health services! ✨🌟

Today marks a significant milestone in my journey as a business owner! 🎉

Our services started with workshop presentations, professional development courses and mental health consulting until we acquired the appropriate licensure to provide individual therapy, family therapy and marriage counseling.

As I reflect on this past chapter, I am filled with gratitude for the countless individuals and families who have entrusted me with their stories. It has been a privilege to witness your resilience, growth, and transformative journeys.
