💪🏼 Next round of Postpartum Foundations starts this February ❤️

✨What to expect: This is a 6 week, in person program guided by a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. Each workout is designed to help restore your core and build your foundational strength back in order to prepare you for the demands of motherhood!

✨Where: studio located in Inglewood East Nashville, TN

✨When: Feb 23rd - April 1st we will meet every Mon/Wed for 6 weeks.
**2 make up dates will be available if needed**

💕For Who: Newly postpartum mammas up to 1 year postpartum or beyond! All backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome.

🤝 Stop googling your way through motherhood and let a pelvic health specialist guide your fitness and postpartum recovery. My goal is for you to build strength, learn about your body, and find support from other moms in your exact same position!

✨ Pelvic floor PT is for everybody ✨

While it’s no surprise that pregnancy and postpartum shine the spotlight on the pelvic floor (and do increase your risk of dysfunction), seeing someone for pelvic floor PT doesn’t have to start or stop there.

I’ve worked with:
👉 Women in their 60s who want to keep moving without worry
👉 30-year-olds leaking when they run
👉 Women who have never had kids but struggle with pain or urgency
👉 Women preparing their bodies for pregnancy
👉 And of course, pregnant & postpartum moms navigating big changes

Here’s the thing: pelvic floor symptoms are so common, but that doesn’t mean you just have to live with them.

Your pelvic floor doesn’t check your birth history or age before it asks for support 😉.
