💗Grocery shop or have groceries delivered early today.
💗Food prep. Cook/wash your foods and store them in the fridge.
💗Move your body each day. Go on a family walk together.
💗Keep meals the same. Choose whole foods.
💗Limit the mimosas… especially the high sugar juices.
💗Enjoy a special treat with your mom and children!
