DEADLIFT & BACK DAY

In this video, I go over the intensity that you have to have while preparing yourself for powerlifting in a competition. I have been working on form, power, and movement on all my major powerlifting lifts such a Squat, Bench, & Deadlift. I will be competing in a 83kg (182.9lbs) weight class on January 26th 2019 in a USA Powerlifting Meet. My current program is 4 days a week and follows that order (Squat Bench Deadlift + Shoulders)

Deadlift (Back) Days Workout:

Deadlift 3x3 (Very Heavy)
Squats 5x3 (Moderate Work On Explosiveness)
Bent Over Rows 4x20
Weighted Pull Ups Wide Grip 4x7
Weighted Pull Ups Close Or Underhand Grip 4x7
Seated Rows 4x10
Lateral Pull Downs 4x15
Shoulder Shrugs 4x15
Glute Ham Raise 4x15 or Failure

Feel free to try this workout regime out and let me know how it goes. This is my powerlifting routine that I have been doing for the last 60 Days and it is not fun but very satisfying when completed and do expect power gains and muscle growth as well if you do decide to do this workout plan. I hope you all enjoy the content of this video.
