PrEP without the runaround.

At CARES 360, PrEP isn't a pill you chase every few months. It's labs, refills, and behavioral health all in one place. No insurance? Still a yes. Same-day starts when clinically appropriate.

The biggest STI risk isn't the virus. It's the shame.

Stigma delays testing, treatment, and the questions that could change your life. At CARES 360, nobody's keeping score. Shame isn't a clinical tool. Call 615-259-4866 or visit cares360.org.

Monday reminder: your healthcare should not require you to shrink.

At CARES 360, you don't have to explain why you use the name you use, why you love the way you love, or why you need what you need. We were built by this community and we still run by it. cares360.org

PrEP is important. Critically important. If that's what you need right now, start there — wherever you can get it.
But at some point your s*xual health care should grow with you.

Your weight. Your mental health. Your testosterone. Your gut health. Your diabetes risk. Your Hepatitis C status.
Your whole metabolic health.

These don't live in a separate clinic. At CARES 360, they live in the same exam room.

The whole table: cares360.org | 615.499.7406 | Weight, diabetes, psychiatry, Hep C, testosterone, and yes,
also PrEP.

Some of our clients were told they had six months to live. That was forty years ago.

They outlived every prognosis. They outlived friends whose names they still say out loud.
Now they live with diabetes, cardiovascular risk, metabolic complications from thirty years of ART. Healthcare needs that most clinics don't know how to handle within an HIV-informed framework.

The CARES 360 Clinic was built for this exact moment. Providers who know the full history. No explaining from scratch.

If you know a long-term survivor: share this. They deserve to know this place exists for them.

CARES 360 is ready for you. cares360.org | 615.499.7406 |

March gave us a reason to talk about all of it. HIV care. PrEP. STI testing. U=U. Affirming visits. Scripts for the moments your brain goes blank. It all comes down to this: you deserve real answers, real care, and a plan that fits your actual life.

CARES 360 has been building that for 40 years in Tennessee. If you've been waiting for the right time, this is it.

Doctors say this: Here's what they mean:

"We recommend repeating this test in three months." (What exactly does that mean?)
"Your results were reactive." (Is that positive?)
"We'll call if anything comes back." (Do I wait? For how long?)

Medical appointments are full of language that sounds like an answer but isn't. You leave nodding, get to your car, and realize you have no idea what just happened.

Here's a translation for the three most common ones:
"Repeat in three months" = this test can't detect recent infections yet. The timing matters, not your results.
"Reactive" = something showed up that needs a follow-up test to confirm. It is not a diagnosis.
"We'll call if anything comes back" = always ask how long to wait before you follow up yourself. Don't just wait.

You are allowed to slow the visit down. You are allowed to ask "can you write that down for me." You are allowed to leave with a plan you actually understand.

And if you want a provider who just says what they mean from the start — that's what we're here for.

Save this and share it with someone who dreads appointments. Comment "translator" and we'll make more.

The most protective thing you can do before s*x costs nothing.

Ask. 'When was your last test?' 'What prevention are you using?' 'What makes you feel safe?' These questions can feel awkward for about five seconds. Skipping them can have consequences that last much longer. CARES 360 supports you in having these conversations AND in having the clinical backup to follow through on them.

Comment 'I'll use this'- we've got you. visit cares360.org
