11-23-2020 Sorry I didn't post right away but I had a healthy baby and my birth went a lot better than I thought it would! I am super busy taking care of my new baby! She is almost crawling, almost sitting up, and almost talking now that she is almost six months old!

5/8/2020 Another abnormal sonogram today at 3 PM and they monitored the baby until 7:30 PM tonight and said I will need to come back in the morning to get monitored again to make sure the baby is alright. They did not think the baby needed to be delivered today but it is not passing its sonograms as completely healthy since April 10th, 2020. I feel thankful that they are keeping a close eye on my baby but I am also worried and sad. Additionally on May 6th, 2020, I found out that my English Cream Retriever who is about six years old is dying of dog cancer so I am sadder than normal right now. Hopefully my mood is not impacting my baby. I am eating very healthy and taking my vitamins/prenatal medication/thyroid medication every day with help from my husband. I also have not drank any alcohol since I first found out I was pregnant at about three weeks after I conceived. I do not smoke ci******es or ci**rs or v**e and I do not take any illegal drugs and I do not use cannabis so hopefully that is helping my baby too. Please keep me and my baby in your prayers.

5/01/2020 My second abnormal ultrasound on Friday but they are not 100% sure that the baby will need surgery. Now I am in my ninth month so the baby will be here soon! I'm am praying and hoping that me and the baby live through this experience. Since my last pregnancy post my feet were swollen one day and I felt like throwing up that day but did not throw up from doing too much that particular day and I was told to stop over working myself and to just rest more and then when I did that on the next day the swelling went away. My back has also just started feeling some pain from the weight of the pregnancy and my feet have started to cramp up sometimes. I've had some minor insomnia but it is better than the insomnia I had towards the beginning of the year. Over all my pregnancy is not as terrible as I thought it would be as I imagined it a much worse experience than it has been.

4/10/2020 My first abnormal sonogram result today:( The baby is still considered to be doing pretty well but there is a chance that the baby might need surgery after it is born due to something the doctors noticed today and they are now watching:( The baby is now estimated to be about 4.5 pounds so it has a good chance of survival if it is born anytime now but they are hoping that it will wait about six or more weeks to be born. Since my last pregnancy post I threw up once more and had a really bad headache one day. I refused another offer for a vaccination today and I am continuing to take no medication other than a thyroid pill and a supplement regimen so that hopefully that helps me not to miscarriage. I do not have a thyroid anymore and not taking thyroid medication when you need one can increase your chances of miscarriage. I do take a prenatal vitamin prescribed as an alternative medication for me from a Naturopath, kelp pills, amino acid pills, a teaspoon of cod liver oil, Terramin clay with iron in it, liver pills, and vitamin D with K2 supplement everyday as a protocol designed for me by a Madison-area Naturopath. I know I should have probably had a child when I was young but I didn't like anyone I was dating then and now I am I am feeling guilty and worried that my advanced age might be the reason our baby has a possible health problem. I am hoping the doctors are wrong and that they misread the sonogram today and that our baby does not need surgery but I am super worried about losing our baby either before or after birth:( Please keep our first baby in your prayers!

Since my last post I have thrown up one more time, had four more headaches, had feet swelling since week 23 of pregnancy when I was told I had to layoff walking so much, and had hemorrhoids since about week 26. Yet, I have a lot to be thankful for. Generally I am healthier than I thought I would be during pregnancy. Also I have had two more ultrasounds and the baby has been healthy and developing normally at those so I am happy about that. Doctors continue to suggest medication and vaccinations for me when I know there are no studies to show that those suggestions are safe. I was pi**ed when I was given a pregnancy handbook with about 15 safe medications for pregnant women. Sure tell us all to take a bunch of medications for minor health issues such as colds, headaches, hemorrhoids, and throwing up! These medications are sold to us by businesses and drug companies that could care less about us so why should we blindly trust their product safety? For the past 15 years I have used only soap to wash my face because I stopped trusting putting products on my face that sound toxic. In the past few years, I have read that my early suspicions were true. Cosmetic companies often have toxins in them that disrupt our bodies. Products are sold to us all the time that are not safe, are not studied for safety, and could in fact be causing cancer and other diseases.

I threw up again today and had two more headaches since my last post about pregnancy symptoms. I am still not taking any medications as I am very worried that I might do something wrong that will make my baby autistic. There should be more studies going on about pregnant women and their daily habits to see if there can be a link between something and autism. I had 115 kids in my high school class and I do not know of one autistic person in my high school class. Now days it is one out of at least every 50 babies that is autistic. If you are a pregnant person, trust no one's advice. If the doctors gave good advice autism wouldn't be rising in our population of young babies instead it would be declining. Our government does not protect women and babies because if they did they would be solving the autism mystery instead of ignoring it.

More pregnancy test results came back and the baby is still testing normal for everything! My husband and I are choosing to keep the baby's gender a secret until after it is born. We are hoping friends and family get us gender neutral gifts instead of gender specific gifts. As we are hoping for more than one child in the future we want items that can be used regardless of the gender of the baby.

I had my second ultrasound today. The baby is developing normally. All my pregnancy tests are normal so far. I've had a few headaches, thrown up five times, and had the stomach flu for about a week. I have taken no medication and refused all immunizations they wanted to give me. My goal is to have the baby without drugs; hopefully if everything goes normally at birth I will have a healthy baby.

24/10/2019

In September of 2019, I found out I was a few weeks pregnant! I had my first ultrasound in October and the baby is developing as it should! I will have another ultrasound in about a month and hopefully things will still be going normally! If the baby makes it, it is due May 27th, 2020!

Eight months after marrying, the newlyweds, Becca Tracey and Jesse Hendrix, take a Nashville, TN honeymoon. After getting a tax return, the timing finally felt right, to take a honeymoon. They were house guests of singer songwriter Jan Buckingham. They went to a special show where Jan was introduced at the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum by singer songwriter, Dak Alley, who featured Jan in his new book about famous songwriters. Also performing and introducing a book that night was singer songwriter, Ed Hill, who wrote a memoir of his life as a famous songwriter. The couple loved the show, bought a copy of each featured book to share, and attended the book signing after the show. Becca and Jesse tried three Nashville places to eat: Farm Burger, The Diner, and the BBQ Food Bus at the Grand Ole Opry and they liked their gluten free food. Becca showed Jesse around her old campus, Tennessee State University, a historically black college, and she showed him around Lipscomb University, a Church of Christ University. A man at teacher licensing downtown helped Becca fill out her teacher license paperwork to send off her Tennessee teaching licenses to be renewed for another three years. Becca will need to pass five exams in the next three years to keep her licenses current since she is from out of state. On their last night in town the couple attended the Grand Ole Opry where they saw many famous musicians including Becca’s hair idol, Crystal Gayle, who is one of the first artists Becca was obsessed with during childhood and is probably the reason Becca likes keeping her hair long. Becca’s friend Jan has had two Crystal Gayle cuts and has had her songs cut by many other famous artists as well since Jan has been in the music business for years. Becca and Jan met when they were both teachers at the same MNPS school in Nashville and Jan was Maid of Honor in Becca’s church wedding. To save money during the trip Jesse did a lot of the cooking with groceries he brought along in a cooler and both Becca and Jesse drove from Middleton, Wisconsin to Nashville, Tennessee and back. The couple stopped at least 20 times as they were driving on the honeymoon. Some memorable stops were a hair salon in IL, IL gas stations, KY gas stations, and TN gas stations, and Farren’s Pub & Eatery in IL for some delicious salads. Jesse sent postcards to his grandma, uncle, dad, brother, and nephews because it was Jesse’s first time visiting Nashville. While Jesse does not want to leave Madison, WI because of his band and family he said he liked Nashville, TN enough to consider it in the future as a place to live if he had less Wisconsin ties one day. Becca and Jesse even had a Nashville area photographer take their photos downtown Nashville and they will post the photos on Becca’s Facebook music page in the future. While the honeymoon wasn’t Jesse’s dream location he said Nashville was more fun than he thought it would be. Jesse was impressed that he found Epic bars and grass fed beef jerky at some gas stations along the way & he wished the chain Farm Burger with grass fed beef would come to Madison, WI. Becca was relieved to get her teacher license paperwork handled and was so happy to go to a special songwriter event where her friend Jan was introduced by an author and singer songwriter. Becca and Jesse both hope that their first trip together to Nashville is not their last Nashville trip.

We are going on a honeymoon in Nashville, Tennessee! We leave tomorrow and are staying with a friend named Jan Buckingham! We have teacher license business to do to renew my Tennessee teaching license which we plan to do first. Then we will go to Jan’s special event at the Hall of Fame Museum! We will get a couple photoshoot in downtown Nashville by Autumn Moultrey. Finally, we will end our trip with an Opry date where we will see Crystal Gayle and others!
