My friends Jenn and Mark work as humanitarians in Asia. Through the course of their work they came upon this twice abandoned child, Ruthi. This is Ruthi's page.

Ruthi's parents spent their life savings trying to get her well, and finally abandoned her in a field. She was recovered and then abandoned again. My friends Jenn and Mark are Humanitarian workers in China and found Ruthi. They are in the process of trying to adopt her as well as trying to address her medical issues. Since she is not yet theirs, she is not covered by insurance. Please help us to get Ruthi and her soon to be parents the financial help they need in order to give Ruthi the stability and love every child deserves. We want her to grow up and know how many people love her. Share your love for Ruthi with donations and messages to her.

Ruthi update! Ru had her routine MRI on Monday. We have to do this every 2 years to make sure her shunt system in her head is working properly. When we first adopted Ruthi, she had shunt replacements almost every year. Many of you remember the journey! Anyway, since she’s had this shunt replacement in Boston in 2016… We have had zero problems with the mechanism! And I’m pleased to report that things are still working well! Thank you, God!!!
And Ruthi did great with the MRI and times passed we’ve had to sedate her because of the trauma behind her past surgeries. But this time she was able to do it without sedation and only with a couple tears. 🥰🥳🙌🏼🙏🏼

Hillsboro Orthdontics were the BEST! Everyone wanted to pull teeth. Dr Robert Sjursen was incredible and had a way to avoid that. The results are perfect!

Happy “Gotcha” day Ruthi! Ruthi moved into our home 12 years sgo today!

I’ve been so ridiculously blessed to be chosen as her momma these last 12 years and forever! Love our journey together!

A beautiful but very difficult day remembering the one and only Betty. ❤️‍🩹😢

The service lasted almost 2 hours because there was so much to say about her. It was beautiful and heartbreaking because of the impact she left on every single person in the room. What a tremendous loss. Testimonies and stories about how Betty stewarded Gods love to every person she met was incredible.

As vibrant, adventurous, joyful, and generous as Betty was here on earth, it’s mind blowing to believe she is even more alive now than she was here.
She will be deeply missed by many. Please keep the Konigsmark & Mozley family in your prayers. Thank you. 💕🙏🏼🌸
