Hey Local Pregnant and Early Postpartum Moms-if you are looking to invest in your health and body this year look no further than Mommy + Me Movement at Downtown Yoga

This is a community class hosted by Sports & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Dr. Rebecca Troulliet owner of Victory Fitness + Physical Therapy! She's also a local mom too!

This class is Saturday mornings at 9:00am at Downtown Yoga in Downtown Hammond - just across the street from the Hammond Farmers & Artisans Market!

Moms & babes up to 18 months postpartum are invited to join us at this class.

The class will focus on core & pelvic floor activation along with full mobility and strength to address the on-going demands that mom's body undergo.

This class is great for:

Pregnant moms: preparing the mobility for the mobility and range of motion required for the birthing process

New Postpartum Moms: looking to reactivate and gently strengthening core and pelvic floor muscles that are recovering from birth

Advancing Postpartum moms: as a great addition to improve mobility and maintain pelvic floor strengthen alongside their return their weekly gym and fitness activities

All moms: access to a board certified sports specialist and pelvic floor physical therapist who can address any questions you have about birth or postpartum.
