It is our mission to exceed customer expectations by providing the highest quality of patient care in a friendly and encouraging environment. We are always in pursuit of excellence when it comes to quality of service. OUR STORY
Our home health experience inspired us to establish an outpatient physical therapy clinic that will accommodate patients who are transitioning to a more complex facility such as a rehab clinic. We believe that continued rehabilitation will promote achievement of the highest functional level of a patient. Our team is ready to provide dedicated, empathetic and highly skilled physical therapists. We strive to work on your goals. We are here to help you regain movement at home and in your community. We provide disciplined specific treatment including evaluation, planning, and documentation. We maintain professional communication with referring doctors and specialists about your progress. CARE PROVIDERS
Physical Therapists are licensed, experienced individuals who will carefully evaluate patients and customize the patient's plan of care based on the initial findings. Their ultimate goal is the independence or mobility of a patient with or without the use of assistive device. Occupational Therapists are licensed therapists who help patients gain independence in performing their activities of daily living. Ranging from dressing to eating to more complex tasks needed at school, work, community and home. Physical and Occupational Therapy Assistants are licensed and skilled individuals who continue the established plan of care by the physical and occupational therapists. They communicate and report patient's progress as well as patient's response to the supervising physical and occupational therapists in order to achieve the goals they have set for the patients.
