You never know who'll you see at The Wild Medicine Conference. David Winston and Matthew Wood were such fun to learn with in 2024, and Rosemary Gladstar brought an abundance of magic in 2025! This year, herbal elders Phyllis D. Light and Lisa Bedner will be teaching and hosting special workshops.

Wild Medicine is May 1-3, 2026 in Nauvoo, AL. Come learn to forage and make medicine with us, plus enjoy storytelling, music, and evenings around the fire.

Wildcrafting wanders, Foraging Walks, and Plant ID discussions are among our favorite experiences at The Wild Medicine Conference. Our conference venue borders the Bankhead National Forest and medicinal plants, trees, and even mushrooms abound in the Spring there!

Shout out to Jesse Akozbek (Feral Foraging), CoreyPine Shane (Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine) and Phyllis D. Light (Appalachian Center for Natural Health) who led these last year! Phyllis will be leading walks again this year and both Jess and CoreyPine will be teaching workshops.

The one and only Phyllis D. Light, y'all. Don't miss this opportunity to learn with this 4th generation herbalist, elder, and healer. A plant walk with her might as well be an herbal rite of passage and her classes are always filled with stories, folk medicine, humor, and practical information.
