Skelly Medical Group is partnering with a nonprofit, patient-focused medical group to ensure we continue delivering high quality care to all of our patients. Our new partner, Doctors United Group, will work with Skelly Medical on providing additional resources, operational support, office staff, and providers to provide a seamless patient experience.


Charles Windfelder, PA-C, is departing Skelly Medical Group for a new position in March, 2025. His last day with Skelly Medical is February 28, 2025. Any patient of his or our other providers will have continued care with our nurse practitioners and a new provider (doctor) we are working to onboard.


In the coming weeks, additional communication regarding Skelly Medical and Doctors United will be further announced. We look forward to continuing to serve you and your family as we have since 2023, providing additional services, and more. To Our Patients,

I am writing to inform you that I have made the bittersweet decision to accept a new position and will be stepping away from Skelly Medical Group. While my new role does not involve any direct patient care, the practice will remain open and I will stay on as the acting Medical Director. I am lucky to have a vocation that gives me so much purpose and deciding to step away has been challenging. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you as the office has been adjusting to these changes.
