Did you remember your mindful minutes today?

Your well-being is worth the investment of your time and energy right now. Not “when things calm down,” not “when you have time,” but today.

This weekend, pause, tune in and ask yourself these five questions:

✨️ Where am I spending my energy?

✨️ Does this align with my values?

✨️ Will this move me closer to who or what matters most?

✨️ Does this give me energy back, or only drain me?

✨️ Am I doing this out of guilt, or genuine desire?

When we pause to check in, it becomes easier to redirect energy toward the people, practices, and priorities that nourish us.

This week, tune in.
Pause.
Choose wisely.

Last week, we talked about how our bodies often know we’re stressed before our brain catches on.

We live in go mode and stress piles up in our bodies until💥we hit that wall.

This weekend, let’s slow it down, step outside, feel that light. Touch that grass. Lean on that tree. Take a deep Breath and do a body scan:

Is your jaw tight and shoulders shlumpped from all that hyperfocus?

Stomach feeling knotty, bones fatigue, brain fog?

Wherever you find that stress hiding, give it permission to leave. Put it in a 🫧. Wave goodbye.

✨ Roll your shoulders. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. Loosen up. Shake those hands. Circle the hips. Everything will be alright, alright, alright. 😘

✨ Stretch so high that you feel the release down your back, in your buttocks, through your hamstrings, to your calves, then down to your feet.

✨️Rotate those ankles both directions. They carry your body. Give them some love.

✨️ Plant your feet firmily in the grass. Feel the earthly 💫. Grounding and connecting to your Root Chakra

The body carries so much for us. Sometimes more than we realize. A few mindful minutes can help release the weight you didn’t even know you were holding.

It’s okay to let it go. Let it be! 🫧

Ever notice your heart racing, your stomach twisting, or your jaw clenching before you even realize you’re stressed?

That’s because our bodies are wise. Intuitive tools created to help our spirit navigate this physical world. They sense tension, danger, or emotional overload before our brain has time to name it.

It’s a full-body experience and when we ignore those early signals, we push past our limits, leaving ourselves burnt out, irritable, drained and sick.

With ADHD, it’s not uncommon to power through the day, chasing thoughts, jumping tasks, forgetting lunch.

Suddenly wondering why your chest feels tight or your stomach hurts.That’s because your body felt the stress before your brain could process it.

ADHD brains often move fast, but our bodies still keep score.

You might not “feel” anxious in the moment, but:

You’ve been clenching your jaw for hours.

Your shoulders are in a shlump.

Your stomach's in knots, and you didn’t even notice.

The body speaks in tension, restlessness, sickness and fatigue.

Today’s let's Pause. Breathe. Close your eyes and scan your body.
