a blank page, a fresh chapter and a gentle reminder that we’re allowed to begin again. 🫶🏼

There’s something powerful about entering a new month!
It invites reflection, intention and the chance to realign with what matters most. ❤️

May holds so much possibility! 💭
It holds softness and strength.
It reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful. 🙏🏼

That we don’t need to have it all figured out to move forward with purpose. 💭💭

So here’s to stepping into May with open hearts, clear minds and a little more grace for ourselves. ✨

* Doing your best will look different every month and THAT IS OKAY. 🙏🏼

Sometimes this will look like
getting through the day.
showing up anyway.
holding it together when no one knows. 💭

Happy Earth Day to my muse!! 🌍🤍

captured in the sky, the sunsets, the quiet moments outside. 😭😍😍

Without even realizing it, this is how I learned to slow down, find clarity and turn thoughts into something more. 🙏🏼

IT WAS SO HARD CHOOSING A FEW PICTURES OUT OF THE THOUSANDS I HAVE WITH EARTH.

The more I think about Earth the more I am impressed by her!!! ✨

Also in 5th grade my only part in a school musical was being the earth 🌏😂

.donnelly asked me a simple question during On Her Mark podcast… but one I don’t think I’ll ever have just one answer to ❤️

Being asked my favorite quote really made me reflect on why this work matters so much to me. 🥹

Because quotes, to me, are more than words..
they’re tools. 💭

They have the ability to shift perspective, meet people where they are and resonate differently depending on what someone is navigating in their life. 🫶🏼

That belief is what led me to create ThoughtswithH. 🤞🏼
a platform centered around making mental health conversations feel more approachable, relatable and part of everyday life. 🙏🏼

Idk who needs this but at some point, constantly giving without refilling yourself
stops being strength… and starts becoming burnout. 💭💭

If you’ve been feeling drained lately, this isn’t random.
IT IS YOUR SIGN TO PAUSE. 🙏🏼
