*Responsibilities:*
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
*Requirements:*
- Current certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) or completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide training program
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
