Congratulations to SrA Solomon Vang, our Monthly Customer Service Award winner!

SrA Vang demonstrated exceptional clinical expertise and critical thinking in a high-pressure situation at the OB-GYN Clinic. SrA Vang successfully placed an IV on a patient with severe post-procedural hemorrhaging. His rapid intervention enabled immediate fluid resuscitation, which stabilized the patient, prevented the need for surgical intervention, and averted a transfer to the operating room. Throughout the critical event, SrA Vang reassured the patient, showcasing both his proficiency as a medical technician and his commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
