✨Wednesday 630pm for Kundalini Yoga,
✨Thursdays at 11am for Chair Yoga.
✨Bi-weekly on alternating Fridays and Saturdays will be Saturday at 10am for Kundalini Ignition Yoga and Fridays at 8pm for Candlelight 🕯️ yoga. ✨ THIS WEEK IS SATURDAY 10AM KUNDALINI IGNITION! Let's do this babes, 🧘‍♂️ 💕 $12 Register Preferably Walkin Welcome
