Triggered Focal Point Massage

Triggered Focal Point Massage Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Stretch Facilitator. Clear results. No fluff. Just real relief. After that, I may reconsider.

Helping people in pain get real, lasting relief and moving freely again using targeted Neuromuscular Massage Therapy + Mobility Work. I’m Kay, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Stretch Facilitator, and creator of a movement-based mobility program. I specialize in Precision Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (PNMT)—a clinical approach to pain relief and movement restoration. My goal is to restore

balance, improve mobility, and enhance strength so you can perform at your highest potential. My work focuses on treating:

Chronic & acute pain

Soft tissue dysfunctions (limited mobility, joint restrictions)

Nerve-related conditions (sciatica, carpal tunnel, etc.) PNMT is a targeted, evidence-based therapy—not a relaxation massage. Through precise assessments and hands-on techniques, I work to correct muscular imbalances, release adhesions, and restore joint function for pain-free, optimal movement. As a Certified Stretch Facilitator, I integrate stretching to enhance flexibility, reduce tension, and support long-term mobility. I am also the founder of Freedom to Move Pain-Free, a structured mobility and movement program designed to maintain progress, build resilience, and eliminate movement limitations.

Everything on this table exists for the same reason...
To help people better understand their bodies, move with less restriction, and manage pain more consistently outside the treatment room.

The Freedom to Move Pain-Free guides were designed so you have something to follow between appointments instead of trying to remember stretches or instructions after you leave the table.

Each guide focuses on a specific area of the body and includes 6 movements designed to help:

• reduce stiffness
• restore movement
• improve mobility and control
• and help your body move with less tension and compensation

The comprehensive book combines all 7 guides into one place so you can build routines based on what your body needs.

Alongside the guides are my Rooted in Relief products, which were also created with the same goal in mind: supporting the body between appointments.

None of this was made to replace treatment. It was made to support it. Because what happens between sessions matters too. 💖💖💖

Two movements for the low back, hips, and hamstrings

The forward fold twist in this video is straight out of my Low Back Guide.

So why these?

Because low back discomfort isn’t always coming from the low back itself.

It could be coming from:
• hips that aren’t moving well
• hamstrings that are limiting movement
• a spine that isn’t rotating like it should
• or tension building because the body is compensating

Elephant walks are there to:
• introduce movement through the hamstrings
• take pressure off the low back
• and help you move in and out of a hinge instead of getting stuck in it

The forward fold twist is there to:
• bring rotation back into the spine
• reduce stiffness through the mid/low back
• and help distribute movement instead of it all sitting in one spot

Pay attention to what changes.
Does it feel the same before and after? Or does something move a little easier? Let me know.

They’re here. 👀
My Comprehensive Mobility & Control Guide is finally printed!!! All 7 guides combined into one.

I created these for my clients so the work doesn’t stop once you leave the table and I’m not just telling you what to do at home and sending you out the door. These guides give you a way to actually see it, follow it, and stay consistent between sessions.

This is everything I recommend for each area of the body. Laid out so you can do it on your own.

To help you:
• reduce stiffness
• move better
• and manage pain between appointments

I have 4 copies available right now.
Once they’re gone, I’ll have to reorder.

The comprehensive book is 50. I’ll also have the individual guides (each section from this book) for 15 each soon.

Comment PayPal, Venmo, or Cash app to order and I'll message you the appropriate link!

Working the spine.

This area influences:
• posture
• how the body distributes load
• and how tension builds through the back, shoulders, and even the hips

If a client comes in saying:
• “My spine feels bruised”
• “I feel like I can’t stand up straight”
•"Reaching to get something out of the back seat is difficult."

I’m usually looking at how the spine is moving, or not moving. Because when things aren’t moving well here, the body usually starts compensating somewhere else.

But it’s not always appropriate.

Spinal work is avoided or modified with:
• acute injuries
• certain disc issues depending on presentation
• recent trauma or surgery

It always depends on what’s going on with the individual and not every therapist is trained in treatment of the spine.

Mobility Monday — Chin Tucks

If your neck always feels tight or you deal with headaches, this is a good place to start.

Yesterday I showed some work on the base of the skull. This is how you start helping that same area on your own.

Chin tucks aren’t about cranking your head down or forcing a stretch. It’s just a small movement to get things working a little better again.

Think about gently pulling your chin straight back. Keep it small. Don’t tense up. You might feel a light stretch in the back of your neck, but believe me, the work is happening more in the front.

*Can be done the same way against the wall.

Give it a try and let me know what you think...

Want more movements like this one?

May 3rd I will have my Freedom to Move Pain Free Comprehensive Mobility & Control Guide ready for púrchase!!!

This client comes in for migraines.
Migraines don’t always start where you feel them. The most common culprit I see clinically lives in the base of the skull.

The Suboccipitals.

Those small suboccipital muscles can become overactive and keep feeding into that same pattern over and over.

This is a side-lying suboccipital pin-and-stretch I use to help calm that down and take some of the pressure off the system.

This is 5 minutes sped up. Experience migraines? This might be what you need.

Pretty happy with this new batch of my Rooted In Relief Magnesium Body Butter.

The texture is smoother and softer, so it spreads easier and absorbs faster.

Less of that heavy, greasy feel… more of a clean finish on the skin.

You don’t need much. It just moves differently than the previous batches.

Same ingredients. (Plus Mullin and Lavender) Same great pain relief. Just more refined for a better feel and overall application.

I have two 3oz jars remaining in this batch. Message me if you'd like one!!!
