I’ve had a lot of people ask about the nutrition facts on our teas, so I put this guide together to help give a better idea of what’s in them! 🧋💙

Our teas are low calorie and can be customized with different add-ins depending on your preferences. From basic teas to options like collagen, aloe, CR7, or protein, you can mix and match to fit what you’re looking for!
