We gathered at Story Medical to celebrate Paulā€™s fourā€‘decade legacy of duty, integrity, and expert care. Paul will still be leading our Pharmacy Services here at Story Medical, but today we honor the incredible military chapter he just completed.

Earlier this week, EMT Dean Tope rolled up to the Nevada Community Resource Centerā€™s summer program in a Story Medical ambulance. Five-year-olds through 5th-graders climbed inside, tried out the stretcher (with sirens OFF šŸ˜‰), and learned what really happens when help is on the way.

Dean also walked the kids through an important safety lesson: when to call 911ā€”and when itā€™s better to ask a grown-up first.

Thanks to the NCRS team for inviting us, and to every future first-responder who asked the BIG questions. Community partnerships like these help keep Story County safe and informedā€”one curious kid at a time.
