Have you had any of these symptoms? Or any other unusual symptoms that you are not sure they are from perimenopause? List them below and help others realize that they are not alone.

Perimenopausal symptoms are often dismissed as "getting older" or due to aging. We do not have to suffer with perimenopausal symptoms. Evidence based care is here to help!

Waking up drenched in sweat, feeling ragey before your period, crying over nothing?

That is not just “stress.” It could be early perimenopause.

It is real, it is disruptive—and it can start years before your period ends.

👉 Let’s talk about real support, not brush-offs.

What is your answer? If you answered: "ALL OF THE ABOVE!"–you are a menopause expert and 100% correct.

If you’re only taking progesterone to “protect the uterus,” you’re missing the big picture.

Micronized progesterone can improve sleep, calm anxiety, and support cognition.

Many of my patients feel better just by adding progesterone—even without estrogen.

It is time we stop minimizing its role in mental and metabolic health.

Birth control is a powerful tool. It helps prevent pregnancy, regulate bleeding, and ease PMS and PMDD.

But for some women, it also wrecks libido by increasing SHBG and lowering free testosterone.

If you’ve lost your desire and you’re on the pill—this might be why.

🚨 You deserve a deeper diver to help determine the root cause—especially when it comes to s*x and hormones.

Tired, moody, brain fogged—and your labs are “normal”?

I believe you. Because symptom-based care matters more than lab-based dismissal.

Hormone levels fluctuate wildly in perimenopause. You can be suffering and still have “normal” numbers on the day and time you have your blood drawn.

Menopause hormone therapy is NOT a replacement of hormones. It is a supplement to your natural hormones in perimenopause to help keep your hormones even so you no longer suffer during the times when your hormones are low.

📍This is what modern midlife medicine should be: root-cause, not gaslight-based.

💬 Have you ever been told “everything looks fine” when it clearly was not?

Trust your instinct, trust your body, and find a trusted certified menopause practitioner to help.

Fatigue, weight gain, and mood swings could be either. Or both.

Midlife women are often dismissed when symptoms overlap. We test thyroid function, cholesterol, s*x hormones, cortisol, glucose, and insulin—because whole-person care starts with whole-body data.

Hot flashes, joint pain, brain fog, and insomnia? That’s not just “aging.”

Menopause is a natural transition—but that does not mean you should suffer through it. Hormone therapy, lifestyle support, and evidence-based care can help.
