We all know how easy it is to let those summer nights pull us into late gatherings and endless screen time. But remember, a good night’s sleep is your best friend in tackling anxiety.

β˜€οΈ Longer daylight hours and social events can disrupt routines, leading to poor sleep β€” a key driver of anxiety.

🧠 Tip: Stick to a regular bedtime, reduce screen time at night, and create a cool, dark sleeping environment.

πŸ“Š Nearly 50% of Canadians with anxiety report chronic sleep problems. (CAMH, 2022)
