Who can relate 🙋🏼‍♀️

When we started using fresh-milled flour over 2 years ago, I wasn’t watching for hair growth.

But slowly — over years — I noticed something.

One of my girls had very thin, stringy hair when she was younger. As she’s grown (she’s 9 now), her hair hasn’t just gotten longer — it’s gotten stronger, fuller, and healthier. The new growth eventually caught up to the rest.

Is that all from fresh-milled flour?

Honestly — no. Some of that is normal development.

But here’s what I don’t think is a coincidence:
• better nutrient density
• intact B vitamins and minerals
• improved gut health and absorption
• fewer ultra-processed foods

Hair is not essential for survival. The body only invests in it when it feels safe and nourished.

Fresh-milled flour didn’t change her genetics —
it gave her body the building blocks to express them fully.
