Full moon, fresh energy ✨

After attending the Full workshop last night, I took some time to refresh not only my home, but the studio. Clearing out any stagnant energy, setting intentions, and nurturing a grounded calm environment all felt like just what was needed for the new month ahead of us!

Huge thank you to Peace by the Beach for hosting such a warm, welcoming workshop. Laurie made it all feel special. It was nice to meet y'all in person 🫶🏼
And a little shout out to Tyler Trading Company for the candle I used, the vibe and scent were perfect!

I can attest to this! I practiced my mobility massage moves on my kids after my class Saturday. Not only did they fall asleep in half the time they usually do right afterwards, but they both slept soundly through the night!

The best part of this weekend wasn’t only what I learned… it was who I learned it with! 🤩

The American Massage Therapy Association - AMTA NC Annual Convention was held in New Bern this year! I was thrilled to be able to take an ethics class + a two-day mobility enhancement training right in my hometown with some of my dear colleagues and friends! The good vibes and sense of community from other massage therapists who genuinely care about lifting each other up and providing excellent client-centered care is unmatched 🫶🏼

This field is special. These people are special.
Feeling really grateful and very inspired heading into this week ✨

I had a soft-opening of sorts last week with some of my regular clients! Welcoming people who truly support me into a space that reflects my style, my energy, the kind of attention, healing, and care I strive to give members of our New Bern community means more than I can put into words!

It's cozy, intentional, a little vibey, and completely mine. This is just the beginning, but it already feels like elements of the universe are aligning and I am exactly where I'm supposed to be!
