As we wrap of this year we can only be grateful for the love and support each and everyone has shown us. We are sad to close our doors in New Braunfels but excited for our opportunity in San Antonio. We love each and everyone of you and if you are ever in the stoneoak area come visit us grab a healthy meal and join us for a workout. We love you guys and wishing all of you a fabulous and prosperous 2022 ❤

Its very easy to go everyday taking advantage of the simple things in life. Such as walking, breathing, touching, feeling, etc.. Giving thanks and being grateful each day for all that we can do while we are able to do it, really sets the foundation for life. So on this Thanksgiving not only am I grateful for all my friends and family whom I get to embrace with a hug, kiss or a simple smile, but also for my abilities to move, breathe, love and connect with all that God has given me. We are so blessed for each and every person we encounter for their love, support, and friendship. May you all be blessed with a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving!
