Our Story

Welcome to our site! We have always tried to live a healthy lifestyle. Eating more of what's good for us than not and exercising. We found that as we entered each new decade in our lives getting to the gym or hitting the trails became a little harder. We blamed this on our increasing work load, travel schedule and family commitments. We found ourselves adding a few more pounds that were easier to put on than take off. Sound familiar? While visiting our daughter and her family one weekend, we complained about feeling sluggish and lacking the motivation we once had to exercise regularly. She told us about Spark. We started taking it and was amazed at how it made us feel. We found our motivation for working out was back. We experienced sharper focus throughout our work day. That was over a year ago and we cannot image a day without it. Why are we involved with AdvoCare? First, we use and believe in the products. They help us to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Second, our experience has been so positive we want to pay it forward. We enjoy sharing our stories with others in the hope that they experience similar health and fitness benefits. And third, the AdvoCare business opportunity is providing us a Plan B income opportunity as we prepare for our retirement years.
