Meet Our Newest Department Head – Welcome James Mason

As we continue building our leadership team at The Oscar at Veramendi, we’re excited to introduce our Maintenance Director, James Mason.

James brings nine years of senior living maintenance leadership experience, overseeing life safety systems, building maintenance, and environmental services to ensure our community runs safely and efficiently.

James and his team will help to ensure our residents enjoy the simplicity, comfort, and luxury they chose senior living for, while we take care of everything behind the scenes.

We’re excited to have James on the team as we prepare to open our doors.

Big progress is happening at The Oscar at Veramendi! Our sales trailer has officially been removed to make way for the finishing touches on landscaping and to prepare for final city inspections — a major milestone as we get closer to opening.

For the month of March, you can find our team at the Veramendi Welcome Center:

⏰ 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 2164 Oak Run Parkway

Appointments are also available outside of these hours for those who need a different time.

Apartment selections are continuing and our future residents are securing their homes ahead of opening. If you’ve been thinking about coming by, this is the perfect time to stop in and learn more.

Soon this space will be filled with lush landscaping, shaded seating, bubbling fountains, raised bed gardening , friendly games, and neighbors enjoying Hill Country sunshine together.
