Another amazing week at Raritan Bay YMCA in Perth Amboy with Mabelle and our Middlesex County EFNEP adult Spanish nutrition education program. The participants are not only excited to learn knew concepts with nutrition and physical activity but enjoy the new food prep time and recipe each week.
