Breaks are like the stages of grief . Sadness, Anger , Shock, Bargaining and Acceptance . 1. You are desperate for answers and want to understand what led to the break up . 2.Denial - You can’t believe you are broken up and that you can’t be together 3. Bargaining - You are willing to do anything to accept that it’s over . You’ll do things to win them back 4. Anger - Fear kicks in and you think about letting go . You can feel like things are unfair or it ended badly . Why did the leave or abandon me .5. Initial Acceptance ( Healing Phase)- You come to the conclusion that you are not meant to be and accept that it’s not good for you to keep trying any more . You surrender and don’t think about getting back together . 6. Redirected Hope and Moving On - You feel more empowered , developed more happiness , don’t feel affected by partner
