Neck pain can last from days to years, depending on the cause. Common causes include physical strain, poor posture, mental stress, osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, herniated disk, pinched nerve, and other health conditions. Neck pain is common, affecting 10% to 20% of adults. It’s more common in women and your chance of developing it increases with age.
Exercise and movement is used to manage symptoms by increasing strength and joint flexibility. Remember, exercise is medicine so let’s move!!

Sc iatica is a condition characterized by pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which extends from your lower back through your hips and buttocks down each leg .Try this exercise to help with your symptoms.Remember exercise is medicine. On average, adults who don't engage in regular strength training can lose about 3% to 5% of their muscle mass per decade after the age of 30 . That is .3 to .5% every year. Age related muscle loss is the leading cause of falls.
So let’s exercise and let’s move! Remember, Exercise is Medicine.

Sleep promotes neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. This is key for learning, memory, and overall cognitive function.
Make sure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep

The brain has its own clearance system called glymphatic system which is most active particularly during deep sleep. This process removes toxins and waste products in the brain that can prevent Alzheimer’s disease.

Shuffling gait maybe caused by stroke or Parkinson’s disease, weak leg muscles, joint stiffness from arthritis or balance issues due to inner ear problems or diabetic neuropathy . The good news is, exercise can help. Add this to your routine and be consistent for better results.
Remember, exercise is medicine so let’s move!

shuffling gait is a walking pattern where a person drags their feet while walking, taking shorter steps than usual. It's often associated with underlying health conditions, particularly those affecting the nervous system .
Follow this exercise to train your leg to lift higher while improving your foot clearance when walking. This keeps you from catching your foot from the floor or rugs or objects which may cause a fall.
Add this to your exercise routine and be consistent.
Remember, exercise is medicine so , let’s move!
